The Director of the Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for the overall project management personnel and functions, providing leadership, management, supervision, and coordination in and between estimating, project controls (cost and schedule), risk management, and construction management. This position is responsible for ensuring that Lemartec Estimating, Project Management and Controls procedures are implemented and used on all projects. In addition, this position is responsible for ensuring technical construction support is provided as necessary and will support the VPs of Strategic Operations with qualified and trained project managers, project superintendents, field engineers, and controls personnel to assist the assurance of successful project execution.
