Client Relationship Manager

Lemartec’s Client Relationship Manager serves as the sales leader responsible for stewarding and leveraging existing client relationships to the benefit of both Lemartec and the client, and acting on leads to win new client relationships (new business) in line with the company’s market specific business strategy. This role serves as the primary contact between Lemartec and our clients, acts as the voice of the client, works to secure a sustained relationship with the client, and stays engaged with the client through every stage of the project’s lifecycle to  help  in  achieving  complete  client  satisfaction, market-specific sales, revenue, and gross margin objectives.
 
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• The successful candidate will lead specific business development pursuits within the U.S and/or Caribbean regions
• Proactively generate new leads and opportunities (new relationships)
• Follow-up on assigned new leads and steward them through the entire sales cycle
• Ownership of assigned CRM accounts, ensuring consistency and accuracy of account data by using Lemartec’s CRM tool.
• Develop, manage, monitor relationship, and opportunity with strategy plans
• Provides input on, and approval of, the submittal, working with the assigned Business Development Coordinator and other cross-functional teams
• Lead preparation for client interviews and presentations, in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Expand current client base in support of our company’s market-specific business plan
• Strategize to achieve sales, revenue, and gross margin objectives (at contract execution)
• Engage in industry-related events and associations to maintain awareness of new industry trends and developments
• Work effectively across all market sectors
• Actively contribute to the creation and effectuation of the corporate BD/MKTG plan

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Six (6) years or more experience in business development or sales, preferably within the A/E/C industry
• Experience working under a corporate, process-driven matrix organizational structure
• Must possess superb writing, verbal communication, and organizational skills
• Strategic thinker, strong relationship-building skills, maturity, good judgement, and be capable of communicating with a diverse client base, as well as all level of employees
• Proven ability to plan and deliver oral and written presentations
• In addition, candidates who possess the following skills may receive greater consideration during the evaluation process:
• Experience in non-residential market sectors (e.g. Aviation, Industrial, Commercial, Federal, among others)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Experience using CRM systems for lead and contact management and tracking
